Delete your account

You can permanently delete a commerce account from inside Shake & Scream. You do not need an account to use free local features.

Before you delete

  • Unused purchased Energy is permanently forfeited.
  • Deleting the account does not automatically refund purchases.
  • Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
  • Local recordings and custom mixes stay on this iPhone by default.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open Shake & Scream and go to Play.
  2. Open Energy, then choose Account & deletion.
  3. Choose Delete account and review the consequences.
  4. Choose whether local recordings and custom mixes should also be erased.
  5. Confirm deletion and complete Sign in with Apple verification.
  6. Keep the app open until it shows that deletion is complete.

What deletion removes

The service deletes or irreversibly de-identifies the commerce profile, Energy balance, active Energy leases, installation links, and provider account link. Narrow transaction-integrity records may remain where reasonably required for refunds, accounting, fraud prevention, security, legal duties, or disputes.

Subscriptions and refunds are separate

Use Manage Subscriptions to change or cancel Pro. Request an App Store refund through Report a Problem or Apple Support.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@shakeandscream.app with the subject “Delete my Shake & Scream account.” Include the Sign in with Apple relay or email address used for the account if available. Never send your Apple password, payment-card details, private keys, or recovery secrets.
